Rossi v Lorenzo Motogp set up differences

Pictured at Misano - Rossi's bike appears to have a shorter wheelbase and higher swingarm pivot point. Just shows there is more than one way of going fast as the differences can be seen by the naked eye without using a tape measure.

I'm guessing the shorter wheelbase gives Rossi the advantage on corners allowing him to make the passes he needs.

You can see Rossi has more travel in the front fork as when shown unloaded in those photos Rossi's forks are extended further.

Rossi is strong on corner entry and makes a lot of passes on the brakes so reasons are obvious.

It's so subtle but both consutinized to their riding styles. Great to see side by side
