Getting home early from work! Score! Out of a 12 hour shift I left 6 hours early due to line being down! Not bad at all!

Back to the daily grind, last week seems like such a long time ago.

Trying to stay awake.
Trying not to think about the fact I've got no time off now until Christmas day.

Packing the kids up to go back to their mums. We are sticking to my normal work roster for custody even though I’m not going to work. Really struggling to send them off knowing I’m home the whole time anyways. I’ve negotiated an extra weekend with them during her time and they get off the school bus each day at mine and their nan picks them up so will still get to see them most days.
Most days they have me pulling my hair out and banging my head against the wall but the second they are back at their mums I’m missing the heck out of them.

Sorry to hear that Paul but it's probably best for the kids in terms of their norm... not that it makes things any easier for you of course (N)

Oh I don’t need to waste time it’s spring so the yard is getting out of control! Plus I have a few jobs on both bikes and plenty of things I need to get done!

Butchering a pig
Wifey has been out this morning shopping. Finds there is bargain pork on offer.
Asks for the offer.
Shop assistant comes back with a 20kg half pig (literally) just sliced in half.
I'll take some pics, but that changes the days plans
Why she couldnt have said no is anyone's guess

Re: What are you doing today ??
This week/month has been like smashing my head against a brick wall at work, nothing is easy, nobody does what they say they will. Been really hard work but im not even seeing the completions I should so I'm well down on target this month despite seeming to work harder than ever. I did back to back home visits yesterday evening, didn't get home until nearly 9 and yet still don't seem to be getting very far.
Remember: If in Doubt use Full Throttle, It may not make the situation any better, But it will end the suspense...

Good gig last night. The encore included a song where they invited the lead singer from the support band to join then. He took the mike and singing whilst taking a walkabout amongst the audience.
