Very true Blade, we got to feel so lucky that we are able to visit even a small amount of it when looking at other people who just want/ need the bare essentials in life. Got to be pretty thankful for that

That's good advice, we are now planning trips now the kids are off into the worldBlade wrote:Great mind's think alike Rossgowe also have a world map with pins off all the places we have visited. Best advice I can give is get as much traveling in as possible before you have kids. Bucket list is a great idea as you can focus on the things that are best for young couples and look at more family friendly destinations later in life.

Australia, West Coast of USA and a few city breaks are on the list so far.

We managed to go backpacking in Vietnam when we had one child, but now with 4 kids it would be 5 to 6 grand just for the flights.
Euro camping in France it is then

Re: Tankslap Peak District Tour - 30th September
I'm about 80km north west from Sydney CBD in the hills/mountains. If you google Kurrajong Heights you'll see. There a lot of great tourist stuff in the Blue Mountains not too far from me but if you only made the city and I'm not offshore, I'd trek in for a beer or two!C00kiemonster wrote:

Re: Tankslap Peak District Tour - 30th September
Seeing as only me and Andy are on this we have relocated and decided on a change of plan.
It's no longer Derbyshire it's Cheshire and the route has been confirmed as, as many laps of Oulton Park as possible![Yes (y)](./images/smilies/emoticon-0148-yes.gif)

Re: Tankslap Peak District Tour - 30th September
The ride is back on.
Originally cancelled to go burn up Oulton Park instead.
Now its been revised to a date change as me and Andy will be heading out to the peaks for some fun in the sun tomorrow.
Short notice I know but everyone welcome.

Improving yeah but still painful in the mornings and not as mobile as I was.
What's worrying me the most tho is the fact I might not get on another bike if the wife has her way...!
