I get that. Has the loss of EU farm subsidies increased the price of foods produced in the UK?
I don’t know the answer but I can imagine if it is then that news is being kept very quiet.

100%. At the very very very least his honours list should go in the bin and he should be barred from holding public office in the future.StMarks wrote: ↑10 Jun 2023, 09:31No reason to celebrate imo..!C00kiemonster wrote: ↑09 Jun 2023, 20:12 Boris Johnson steps down as MP with immediate effect https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-65863267
I may consider doing so, when he's held accountable for his wrongdoings by the law of the land.
He never will though.
He should be made penniless & spend the rest of his days doing the sorts of sh1t jobs that society needs doing but are worthless jobs.
Instead the legacy of his "spin behind the wheel" will be raking in obscene fees for guesting at dinner functions. Look at Blair, sent our troops on a pointless & devastating holy crusade, wrecking millions of lives and wreaking havoc that is still felt globally.
Not even a parking ticket, and now gets paid around £1m a month to preach.
This world is so f*cked up...
It seems to me that our current system of democracy is broken. - Voter apathy, poor expectations of honesty or integrity from those in power etc etc etc,,,,,,
More self-serving pointless money wasting twats. The committee has no powers to enforce its recommendations or to punish MPs - or former MPs - who have broken the rules, but it can issue public rebukes.
