This has to have been the worst week for eating. Had takeaway again. Chicken kebab and chips.

The diet starts again next week (angel)

Want me to put a diet plan together for you mate?? Is this in aid of losing weight, gaining weight, gaining muscle mass??
My plans are pretty hardcore, but I'll guarantee you a 10lb loss (if that's what you're after) in the first week.

Of course, this is coming from someone who only eats three meals a week.... :D

I've never done speed...TBH that might not be true, as I don't actually know what it is....I just eat very sparingly is all - I don't eat much meat, just a lot of salad and soup, stuff like that.

I've been blessed mate......I have the kind of metabolism where I can starve myself or gorge myself with no real different outcome.
My last diet, I went from 168lb (fatty) down to 144lb in a matter of a week or so....that's pushing it, and I know everyone will say it's unhealthy, but it's just what works for me.

PS...Please lay off drug references...I know you don't mean it, but it bothers me....I'm extremely anti-drug.
Except vodka & cigarettes. :D

Eating left over BBQ from Perkles' wife's party yesterday.

I've also cooked a Texan style chili with the mix Stew got me. I've done a mild veggie one for the rest of the family

Had a 10oz sirloin steak last night, bought it from the farm butcher we visited yesterday, I seasoned it lightly and fried it in unsalted butter. It was magnificent, had it with a few thin fries and a salad. I was still full this morning....

Today we just had a sandwich for lunch and a bowl of olives and manchego cheese with a glass of something nice whilst relaxing this afternoon. Still not hungry, so will probably just have an omelette or something light tonight.

Roast tato's, veg, yorkies, gravy, and sausages.

Yep, that's right. Sausages. Not your traditional roast, but the kids do love their sausages.

Nothing wrong with a plateful of snorkers Nutz, very fond of them myself and if it gets the kids eating properly go for it.

If they're good sausages then I treat them the same as a piece of meat. I've had a sunday roast before where bangers were the main event.

Roast chicken tonight with all the extras, am currently enjoying an aperitif and feeling dead as I've been awake since 2.30am, I think tonight I may break my weekday rule of rationing myself to one drink a day. (d) (d)

It's official, I'm on drink #2 and dinner won't be ready for another 45mins. Feeling a little more mellow now.
