Popped into a cafe and had a full English as I was really hungry this morning, then Mrs Gee did pork chops with mustard sauce and sauté potatoes on the side for dinner this evening, very nice. Oh and loads of fruit this evening too.

I've been told to reduce my fruit intake while I'm trying to lose weight. I eat loads of dried fruit.

I tried dried fruit for when I was feeling peckish when driving long distance, but you need to drink so much water to rehydrate it I ended up with stomach cramps and constipation. Fresh fruit only now, average 4 pieces a day.
