Sun is shining so enjoy a cold beer in the garden whilst a nice chicken biryani is simmering away in the oven.

Flat pasta Bolognese with meat balls. The restaurant was very top notch and the pasta was cooked correctly, a lot of bite to it, tasted superb. I love pasta and when it's cooked right it's even better. Great meal for the first night. Now for a few more [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH]

Lidl multi grain bread.

Had no idea they had an in store bakery and the bread is truly amazing. Nearly ate the whole loaf already.

I love fresh bread.

Kids asked for a barbecue so managed to knock up some chicken kebabs and some salad with some nice fresh bread I had fortunately got in.

Same here, we always get a couple of loaves - one multigrain for me and a crusty white for Mrs and mini Gee, their baguettes are pretty good too fwiw.

They had some Rye bread triangular shaped rolls which I think we're branded as high protein rolls. I fancy giving them a try not for the high protein content but cos I live Rye bread.

Yep, I've eaten them but have no clue what they were - they just looked and tasted great. It's a crying shame we've lost so many bakeries from our high street, I was working with a German engineer a few weeks back and he told me about this shop http://www.falko.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; in Edinburgh, he'd seen a TV programme in Germany about it and the Baker behind it has had phenomenal success simply because all the local bakeries had shut and he saw a gap in the market.
