Re: Mr Postman
It was the thought of a screw almost flush with the tyre that I wouldn’t be able to pull out with my fingers that prompted me Rossgo, I hadn’t even thought of it until you posted that picture.....

Tool kit and bag for camping etc.
Saves me having to flog a selection of tools out of my kit at home each trip. These can just stay in the camper now. Great quality and a bargain price!! AU$100.

A Slipscreens clear headlight protector for the GT, I was going to get a tinted one but I often finish rides after dark so clear wins.

Re: Mr Postman
Maybe he’s running in DM’s?
I didn’t want a full size version, it’d be too big, wouldn’t fit in the kit, and should the worst happen, I didn’t want it about my person to break a bone etc.
It’s only a small one, a few quid off amazon, for some reason I can’t copy a link, but it fits into my tyre kit and doesn’t make it bulge too much.Cav wrote:Which did you go for? A little bit of extra protection for the vfr. we've had quite a few bikes getting nicked in the village recently so anything to deter the casual scrote.

Re: Mr Postman
Postman was kind to me this weekend, a new front tyre came and was fitted to the MT and on Saturday a new guitar may have arrived again...…

Re: Mr Postman
no but it was a mobile tyre fitter who was really good and I will deffo be using again! ok, cost me a bit more but in terms of time saved getting the wheels in and out and down to the shop it was worth it!Kwacky wrote:Your postman fits tyres? He's a diamond.
