Maybe it's the angle of the photo but it looks like one of those shitty low stretched bikes from America. How can they mess up one of the best colour schemes ever

Why do all racebikes at top level have tank add-ons to force the rider to sit further back in the seat?

I think it's because hard braking would force them onto the tank on corner entry which is a position they don't want to be in as it restricts movement. The rider needs to be a few inches away from the tank to allow movement.

I must need to brake harder as never really felt it an issue
Perhaps I need to upgrade to a gen5 zx10r to get the brembo m50 calipers and 330 discs
