I saw that bike down at Austin racing when I was down there a couple of months ago, I think it has their exhaust system on it. It was absolutely filthy and completely splattered with flies, apparently he had just got back from Europe somewhere.

Bikes are meant for being ridden so fair play to him and as you know very well Mick you can tour on a Panigale

Those mirrors would have to go.
Good to hear he's riding it like it was intended

Duke is going to want one of these. He loves his upgrades I can see him writing the performance / upgrade list already

it will be interesting to see how much it has cost when he's finished, the carbon wheels and exhaust system must be over 4K alone.

I thought that too Mick as he could buy a tidy 1199s for similar money. Saying that when modifying it's about the personalisation and upgrade rather than the money for some people.

Which is why I am still quite tempted to buy an early 1199 and improve it to my spec.
My 748 is so much better now than when i bought it.

Just read part 2 and he's shaved off 13kg of weight that's pretty impressive in my opinion
