Sounds like a very experienced chap. If you couldn't pick up a few new skills or tips from him regardless of your skill level you'd be doing something wrong imo.

Two riders for 2 days is £300 in total. One rider for two days is £200. That's how I read it.

So it's only £50 more to have him completely devoted to your training 100% of the time for 2 full days. That's a bargain imo. I reckon he would use £100 of the £200 in fuel and lunches so very good value imo.
