Electronic Gadgets are doing my head in!!!

Is it just me, but recently my lap top started to mess me about, changing settings without any input from me, seems to be updating or whatever it does, way to often, which slows anything I am doing down to the point of total pissed-offness!
This morning my phone had turned itself off again without warning, then I could not turn it on again without taking the bloody battery out! and putting back in...
I was in London today and my phone without warning then decided to disown the cars bluetooth, and started to ask me for the code to connect the two... what a pain, especially as the phone was going nuts and I would not pick it up, for obvious reasons and being central London I had no nice lay by to pull into arghhhhhhhh...
