Yep, we went for the latter. When our first was born Mrs Kwacky had a good job in recruitment. By the time our son was on his way I decided that it wasn't worth her doing long hours, leaving the kids all day in nursery. running around for her job and looking after 2 kids before and after work, so she now works part time for a local company. It's crap money but it's stress free and she's got time to spend with the kids. The only downside is me being out of the house 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. We might have another think about moving in a couple of years when Alex has started and settled down at secondary school.Blade wrote: Whatever you and Mrs Kwacky decide hope it works out for you all. Cheers for the comments about the job it is a huge relief.
That all sounds good fella - congrats on both fronts.Blade wrote:Sh1tting myself tbh. Not sure what happened as bit of a whirl wind but just found out I have kept my job and then possibly committed to buying a new house which is a big jump and double where we are now which also has the advantage of being mortgage free and freehold.
Wtf have I donefeel a bit nervous about it all tbh

Tbh Mick, Ducati haven't phoned me back today and it may be for the best. I won't ride the bike much over winter and if we are moving house my insurance problem could go away, as I loose a Manchester post code so insurance premiums will drop considerably.kingfixer wrote:Must be new bike first then house surely
