Well I've heard nothing from Mike but according to Facebook he's off to Germany on a scooter rally (headbang)

I'm pissed off. Lack of communication is the biggest cause of lost business.

He's got until 30th June. If there's no update he can return my bike and I'll sort it out myself. I need to move on with this bike, either by getting it fixed of getting rid of it. I can't decide what to do until I know the extent of the damage. I'm not asking for much and I feel as if I have been more than patient.

Cheers mate. Much appreciated. I might need it shifting from my house to Kawasaki Birmingham if Mike doesn't fix it.

Can understand you being unhappy but also unusal for Mike who has always given you good service before.

Personally if Mike is too busy and the lad at Kawasaki Birmingham has offered to look at for you I would get it over to Birmingham asap.

Hopefully whoever looks at it, it's not too bad.

I'm disappointed. I've used Mike for years and he's always gone out of his way to provide a good service.

It's the lack of communication more than anything else. If he told me when he's likely to get it looked at or said it would take a while but he'll do it on the cheap then at least I know where I stand and what my options are.

It's a shame but like you say there's no excuse for poor communication. Maybe it's worth a friendly call just to say you want to book a few trackdays but need to know when the bike's going to be back? I took my old daytona into a local Triumph specialist and after four weeks and repeated phone calls they told me they didn't know what was up with it as it had no fault codes. I had told them it had no codes but I thought it was the crank sensor. They hadn't even bothered putting a meter on the sensor. I took it off them the next day. It was the crank sensor. They lost a customer who had used them repeatedly before that.

Think any one of us would be pissed if mate. It's clearly the biking season, I recogn he's probably very busy and therefore hasn't had the tome to take a look

Feck it, I've sent him a message

Mike, you've had the bike for 3 months and I've still no idea what's happening. I've not heard from you since April. I need two bikes so if this one is knackered I have to know so I can plan what to do. I've been a customer for well over 15 years and you've always come back to me quickly, so I'm disappointed that I' have to chase to see what's happening or not.

I'll go nuclear if it doesn't. This is no way to treat a very loyal customer, or any customer.
