Re: What are you doing today ??
Just got back from that there London to see the Who and Paul Weller in Hyde Park last night. It was a cracking night.
Visiting London is great but I couldn't live there.
And the congestion charge is just a joke now. All it does is allow the rich and wealthy to pollute the capital with expensive cars each of which which probably make more pollution than 10 Ford Fiestas or whatever. The air quality is still piss poor.

Finally fixed the fueling problem on the Jeep. Turns out that the weber 2 barrel carb had come loose allowing too much air in thru the base. Little bit of disassembly and some locktite, good as new

Yesterday did all the cleaning, hoovering then went out with dad too Fareham point. Today got to do a bit of shopping but generally going to be a lazy day. Will also book up the bike safe course with track day at Castle Combe for me and dad for couple of weeks time. A bit of father son bonding time for £30 each not too bad in my opinion [SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH]

I've got it now. It ran under the table so I cornered it up against a table leg then scooped it up in a plastic tub.

Re: What are you doing today ??
How much damage can their bite do ? Is it venomous or just a nasty flesh wound ?

Re: What are you doing today ??
Depends how deep your shoe sole is Adults have good sized fangs.
These are arboreal spiders so their first instinct is to climb. You won't find them on the floor.
The venom is a simple type which means you can't have a reaction to it. From what I've read it's a sharp burning pain that radiates out from the site of the wound. Pain will last for a few hours but people have reported symptoms lasting from a couple of days up to a few months. The fangs are big but with these you tend to have a clean bite.

I'd burn my house to the ground if I thought one of those was loose inside.
