It's very bright??
Just don't get matching lid & leathers and you'll be OK.

It'll scrub down to nothing once you ride it a mile or two.
Assuming you lean that far over.

D - yes mate I'm.hoping it will wear down. Tomorrow I'm.on a LLR (Look Lean and Roll) Course. I did it a couple of years back with the advanced lot well worth it. Tomorrow I'll repeat the same course. Great fun to be honest. Basically teaches you about counter steering in a controlled environment eg last time i watched blokes almost getting knee down (almost meaning they were actually allowed to as it is a DSA MOD 1 examining area and they didn't want us messing up the tarmac!) This was all at approx 10-20MPH lol

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Went on the Look Lean and Roll course. Great fun. Really crank over the bike constantly. I dont think I do too badly on the road but 90% of the time we are up right on this course 98% of the time we are on the edges of the tyres! It was a wet day and at first I didn't feel it but when the rain stopped I seemed to get a bit more confident and then i was cranking it right over. Great time had by all

Got out on the Tuono for a bit this afternoon, called into Fowlers for a cuppa and a nose around the bikes.

My OCD got the better of me again
Went to do a coolant change and entered up cleaning the expansion reservoir inside and out, replacing some fasteners, Scotch briting the headers and giving a good dose of ACF50

I stopped the traffic on the M40 so I could get a swan off the 3rd lane onto the side embankment.

Bloody hell, brave of you. So glad we live in our society where we have good people who will do this sort of thing.

Did a heap of yard work today so know my body is going to hurt tomorrow so thought i’d double up and get a ride in and make the ache worthwhile. Took the GB out for a thrash for an hour. Still don’t regret buying it, you can thrash the arse off it and still be within semi legal speed limits

How come you ran them with the exhausts off Blade? I take it you are prepping them for winter?Blade wrote:Filled two unsilenced vtwins up with fuel stabilizer and fresh fuel and left them running with the garage door open
