So yes, Honda just send new rims. Did you think I was getting new tyres, sprocket and brakes as well?
Just sounded a long time. Suppose your right though. I've replaced a front tyre and discs myself in 30 mins using levers and sweat and no tyre machine's. I thought it be under and hour. Maybe not then. And sprockets and discs are as long as it takes to use a power tool on handful of bolts.. and some thread loc

The workshop works in 30 minute slots, so maybe they're saying 90 minutes to be on the safe side? I really don't know what the process is. It doesn't seem unreasonable to me taking into account how long it usually takes when I get both tyres changed.
Regardless, it's 90 minutes I get to spend taking a bike out for a test ride, so I'm not complaining.

Can't say better than that. Work done for free and a play on another toy for a bit!!

Yep...I honestly don't think new tubes & tyres is asking too much.

They''ve got the parts at the shop. I can't get to them before 27th April.
New wheels! I might get a new rear sprocket as well. Something blingy to match the wheels

I'm using the AT this week to go to work while the Versys has a flat rear.
The fecking oil leak I had fixed is fecking leaking again. I'm less than impressed. I've had a rant at Tamworth Honda. They were very apologetic and have offered to pick the bike up from work, but I'm going to take it to them myself so I can have another rant at them face to face.
What do you reckon I should ask for? Next service is free?

Free spare AT, if there's room in your new garage for another bike.?

At least. I'd ask for that or 3 years servicing.

They're going to top up my petrol tank for a starter - 70 mile round trip, most of which will be on the M42 during rush hour.
