I've done sweet fa since the end of Jan, I'm starting to feel very fat now.

With the change in weather and relaxation of lockdown rules soon, I might start getting the push bike out again.

Having had no access to a gym I signed up to 6 months of Freeletics (fitness app, tailored workouts etc...) thinking that paying money would encourage me to stay doing something.

I did 2 weeks in January! :?

Back to the gym today with a leg day, I'm surprised that I was using the same weights as last time, in December (muscle)
I'm already feeling it though so tomorrow could be fun.

Haha, Stonesie I love it when that happens. You'll find that you would have been able to lift heavier weights than before. The downside is your muscle endurance and recovery has gone. Don't expect to lift the same again next time :D

I commuted to work on my new bicycle! I took it steady but it was pleasant (besides the saddle)

Been out for a few short rides the last few days. Legs feel good.....chest/breathing feels about right - which means there's room for improvement. Nearly came a cropper yesterday when the bike went a bit squirrelly on me on some rough asphalt.
I think I just about shat my pants, something I haven't done since the last time I ate at "A Taste Of India" over in Cypress.

Training plan resumed. New target, a tough trail marathon in 10 weeks. I'm massively unfit and my asthma took a turn for the worse offer lockdown.

Now running 4 times a week, so hopefully will shed a few of the excess pounds added over lockdown too.

Another ride into work today, I definitely put more effort into this one because not only are my legs wobbly, I also feel dizzy like I could fall asleep! I know that feeling to be the limit of my M.E. before I overdo it. I probably shaved a few minutes off my previous commute.

If you're feeling dizzy and/or disoriented it sounds like you're already overdoing it.
I admire your enthusiasm for getting to work pronto, though.
What's your diet like??

I was at my limit. I put in some cranks on some of the longer ascents.. it is fitness training in all honesty.
