The track doesn't look very safe to me..cracks in the surface of a world level racetrack is unacceptable.

Going to be carnage on the first corner in each race, especially the 3's. Jack Miller for a win.

Apparently in the past it's been closed during December & January so they can fix cracks & whatnot.... I guess it's normal wear & tear on something like that??
Anyway, we're getting towards the end of the year now so I suppose it's about due for it's annual sprucing up??

the problem is they took a flat piece of ground and contoured it to fit the designed circuit the ground under the circuit has not settled into its final position and from what I know of geology it could take decades to stop shifting .

Bagnaia said yesterday in an interview that if the prioblems are not fixed for next season, then the riders have agreed they will refuse to race on safety grounds.
