I saw that on FB - bloody ridiculous.
As usual, muppets spoiling what should be an enjoyable opportunity.
I last went to the TT 6 years ago now and much though i miss it - i dont miss the near misses. Plenty of muppets sadly.

I take some of it back. It was a cager?
Within minutes of the Mountain Road opening today, a vehicle contravened the one way system at the Creg ny Baa. They have been dealt with accordingly. The signage in place is very clear, there is no excuse to miss it!!!#noentrymeansnoentry #DrivesafeIOM

I don't think I'll ever go. I'll watch it on TV but even then I don't feel great about it. Fewer people return from the island alive than arrive there

Long time since I've been but it was more than just bike racing. It was more a festival of motorcycling, island wide and racing was part of the show.

To be fair there were lots of bikes but everyone uses the public transport when we were there to get around. Also felt like because it's on an island the bikes were spread out fairly evenly. The roads were prettt safe, plenty of old bill around, cones in the right places. No excuses to be entering 1 way system in the wrong way etc. Had a cracking time would happily go back again
