Probably, but it will be interesting to see how fast it laps and what distance they can do at race pace..Kwacky wrote:Looks good but it'll sound shit
It isn't quite that straightforward though is it? By 2040 its estimated the number of vehicles on the road will be double what it is today. There isn't enough oil left to feed all those cars.D6Nutz wrote:Probably, but it will be interesting to see how fast it laps and what distance they can do at race pace..Kwacky wrote:Looks good but it'll sound shit
Whether we like it or not, it seems the government has decided electric is the future.
That's based on current increases in road traffic. We're getting close to saturation point on our roads, people will start to realise that there are other ways to get about other than spending so much of your time in traffic.duke63 wrote:

There also aren't enough dinosaur remains to fuel the power stations that can barely produce enough electricity to power the houses we have.duke63 wrote:It isn't quite that straightforward though is it? If my wife could afford an electric car for the cost of her Fiat 500 petrol, we would have one without a doubt. They are perfect for commuting.Kwacky wrote:duke63 wrote:Without a shadow of doubt, the best thing the Government could do is make all major towns and cities a no-drive zone for anything other than electric vehicles. They're too scared to do that, so what they'll do is force us to own electric vehicles.
You appear to be demonstrating dangerous levels of common sense comrade.duke63 wrote:Electricity can be made for free. If only the world was sensible enough to share across borders. Those with too much heat can share with those who have too much old and vice versa. Those with too much water could share with those who have little.
Its the only way the world will survive and prosper.
