Re: The new improved fitness thread
5.5 mile fartlek session tonight. Silly name, fooking hard training. Might have to rethink my 50 min goal for the 10k as I miscalculated somewhere and it's actually 8 min miles for 6 miles, that's an increase in pace of 1 min per mile in 2 months. It's possible, but unlikely. Keep aiming for it mat...

Did you hear about the security guard? He heard the alarm but said he wasn't paid enough to go inside the building and check it out (rolf) In laymans terms, he meant " **** that, big Dave and magic mick dropped me twenty sovs to keep me gob shut and me back turned" Yes, in an old cynic. T...

Re: Very Cheap Tyres
If I could swing it a Multi would be my only road bike quite easily and the ZX10R for going spastic at the track. Just can't spend that sort of money atm and I've gotta get the bloody triumph done!

Re: Very Cheap Tyres
Still have. I've liked them more as i have used them. If i rode through winter they would be first choice as there seem to be no 'warming' issues with them at all and the wet weather performance is amazing. I suspect i may well get 6-7000 miles from the rear tyre too which is astonishing for a bike...

Awesome shots!
The salute of the jumper out the back of the herc is cool, I did my Para training out of a crappy old Andover and was gutted I never got to leap out off a herc ramp. It was scheduled but got tasked else where.

Fastest I've ever been on a bike (on road) was 270 km and that was as a pillion on a ZZR1100. But we were on an isolated road in the depths of the South Island in NZ not filtering on a bloody motorway!!! He deserves to get nailed for that.148mph with a pillion. Fook me.
