Re: Pokemon Go

Gutted to find that Vaporeon is now a higher CP than Exeggutor. My Exeggutor was a stonker!!!

Also, Gyarados is now much higher CP which is a good thing but they've also boosted Dragonite - the one pokemon that didn't require boosting in the first place

Re: The new improved fitness thread

Do HIIT like I am, more effective for cardio in its truest form (heart fitness).

As for "cardio" I need to do more also because my legs just can't cope with the long distance stuff

Re: The new improved fitness thread

Well after football this saturday it's clear that my training is helping my fitness. I wasn't out of breath once, the closest was after an 80yard sprint with the ball but I still recovered in less than 20 seconds. Only thing struggling with fitness was the muscle in my legs, probably not helped by a...

Re: Pokemon Go

A few things: Firstly, I managed to get a pokestop on my drive into work this morning in the car - only the one stop on my way so not sure if they've changed the speed again or if it's a one off. Feel free to feedback to me. I have now got a second incubator thanks to coins collected from having pok...

Re: Kwacky's biking plans

Fwiw I find the engine braking on my little triple has the back wheel hopping & a skipping along behind me. I try to feather my clutch, to help control this, but on a wet track it just seems to make the breakaway point less predictable. Whilst I still think the above bike that Monty spotted ref...

Re: The new improved fitness thread

I fully understand the temptations of steroids but for performance, not for how I look - I don't want to look like a 'roid head. Yesterday I did more sprint training.... uphill. 10% incline, 20km/h 20 seconds sprints, 1minute rest. I did it for 16minutes and nearly threw up multiple times over the n...

1kg = 2.2lbs I think...
4.54l = 1UKGAL

UK shoes sizes are different between brands.. just find a shoe that fits then look for the EURO size and it's usually correct between brands

Re: EICMA Milan Bike Show

I doubt you'd get that much weight pared off the wheels?? My knowledge of the Metric System is gladly lacking, though....so I could well be wrong. You're looking at about 7kg lost from an exhaust system, 4/5kg from the wheels, solo seat would save another kg, replacing cast parts with forged or mac...

I suppose I was looking a year or 2 ago now but still, the bike is unchanged besides paintwork..

My local dealer had them in for £7990 on 0%. Only in white though which was the downside
