I ran Ferrodo ds2500's in my Impreza. Best pad I've ever used by some margin. They weren't cheap though!

Re: Cruises

I was taken on on when a youngster by parents and i know what you are saying. I believe they have become a bit of a chavy holiday experience these days.

Each to their own though. I don't understand the appeal of caravanning but many people love it.

Re: World Cup Thread

England gave it a go for once. Disappointing result but i can cope with having a go and not quite being good enough.

We lack a world class goalscorer unfortunately and defence looks a bit disorganised. I though Baines looked way out of his depth.

Re: Stew's painfully slow Z650 project

Yeah I might have to go down that route, hopefully I'll get a call re the internals and I can crack on, problem is new forks usually mean spacers, different wheels etc, I suppose its do'able though, ah well, all part of the fun of restoring an old bike I suppose. :)

Re: Selling on eBay

Sometimes eBay does work though. I put my old paddock stand up for a couple of quid. Its 10 or so years old and a bit battered.

Bloke messaged with an offer of more than I was expecting. An hour or so later cash was in my hands and paddock stand off to a new home.

... here is pissed Frenchmen in cars, especially after lunch :D More often than not the gendarmes are out catching squiffy drivers rather than speed. Though they do hide in hedges with laser guns too.

Re: Poll: Has the Isle of Man TT become too dangerous?

It's MCN that started the discussion, Blade. I don't think anyone is proposing to ban it.

I am still of the opinion though that when there is a death, all aspects of the safety issues should be reviewed to see if it can be improved.

... accidents, then its bound to get more media coverage. I would be interested to know if there have been any deaths on the roads outside racing though. This aspect of TT week seems to get hushed up.
