1) Jon - Nice discs 2) roadrace - :( should be able to get rewound? 3) Found a new place for the next ride out, I will call it the mystery tour, put it this way it is about 38 mins from Lucy's if we did a straight run, its a nice place, good roads surrounding it. A Clue ...

Computer system down again so doing feck all, it's crazy that one little glitch at work can halt production so easily, when it's fixed which should be in the next hour there'll be a huge back log of work to rush through.

Yeah, we did have a good time. Time passes all too quickly though and I'm looking forward to the next one already :) The lack of traffic is great, you explain distance in time in France rather than km or miles as it usually takes the same amount of time to get somewhere ...

I clean and lube mine every couple of weeks but if not using it to commute then I'll do it after a good rideout then it'll be ready for the next one, with all the weekends I'm working that'll be about three times a year

... is gradual and very slight over a prelonged period of time so most people never actually notice the decrease in damping but if you rode your bike next to a brand new bike of identical spec you would notice a difference I m sure. If you want more performance from the rear shock and budget allows ...
