Re: What are you eating ??

... Have to say 3 days in and already I feel much less sluggish. I was drinking around 150g of sugar a day just in coffee before. Or 27 2Kg bags a year! Chuff me that's about what my wife weighs. I've been drinking a small adult in sugar every year, just in coffee!

... going but just to be sure can you PM me mileage, history and an idea of what you'd want for it. Think I'm done though, the generator I fitted last year in my engine is on the way out already, think it's time for a new bike.

New bike is a 12 month plan Kwacky, will be April next year if I'm lucky. No cash and to many other family/house related things to sort first, plus we need a holiday not had a proper one since 2011. We've both been working part time for the last 2 years ...

Been to see my daughter's end of year play. They did Roald Dahl's Snow White and the 7 Jockeys. It was a really good production. I was very impressed.

Re: One of those calls

Glad she's on the mend. My parents have both been a worry over the last couple of years. My dad had stroke about a year ago which affected his speech very quite badly, at the time we thought we might lose him as he had a nasty infection shortly afterwards. He has ...

... hammering into the case. Mechanic says he's never seen that before. Fair bit of wear on the the gears as well, and the generator I fitted last year is already on the way out! Good news is the garage are only charging me 100 quid for stripping the bike down and boxing up all the parts.

I'm thinking 636 but the bank manager has suggested a C90.

Either way it won't be this year!

She's dead!

Catastrophic gear box failure!

To be fair, she's had a hard life (in a 7 year abusive relationship) and owes me nothing.

It's a sad day though ;(

... hopper is a firm favourite for the Suzuki motogp ride. I would rather see a younger rider on the bike personally. I reckon once you get past 25 years old, you have missed your chance in Motogp. I think there is a lot to be said for having a year on a customer Motogp bike and then stepping up ...

Re: Fantasy Road Race

I personally think Rea's time has passed. He has never looked like being a champion in WSBK.

Hopefully Scott Redding will get Bautista's bike next year. I can see Crutchlow in with a chance of Bradl's bike.

Poor decision he made really.

Seems he didn't have the confidence to race with the fast guys. Hopefully someone else will get his bike next year.

... crossed paths with this bloke before, the co-incidences continue. His name is also Paul, hes a kiwi, dives (how we first met) and is born the same year as me. Freaky. Sounds to me like you were fated to have that particular bike from that particular guy. Fate can be a strange thing.

Insurance time

... at least a mile from home. They'll spend an hour fixing it at the roadside then take your bike the nearest bike garage. Leaving you stranded. Last year TPFT was £336. This year with an added year NCB it's £291.36 I think I'm going to give Carole Nash a call.

Re: Hmm. Not sure about this.

I just think these things are too much distraction and a solution to a problem that does not exist.

I bought a bike specific satnav earlier in the year and I have barely used that as it encourages me to take my eyes of the road too much.
