I appreciate the offer mate, but I think I'll get my own room. I usually end up going to bed early, plus the mental image of Kwacky with a role of gaffa tape has permanently scarred me.. I think it was hearing leigh's screams the first year we went to the IoM that did it..

Re: Guy Martin to race in the States
Iirc an Electric bike won it last year, as the race is up a mountain (clue is in the name) altitude is an issue, can't see Guy racing a glorified 2 wheel milk float up a hill.

... this morning as well. Not helped by the bloody council who decided to cut the grass round our house this morning.. It's a bit late starting this year so I'm hoping that it might be a little easier to bare than previous years. I normally end up on prescription tablets and a nasel spray just to ...

They do still teach them in schools. This year my daugher is doing both World Wars.
I don't think my daughter's teacher liked me telling my little girl that WW1 was all to do with oil and shipping power and nothing to do with an assasination.

Re: Annual Isle of Man Trip
I would love to go but just looked at my diary and really hard to find any availability tbh.
If others suggested dates and I'm free I may try and squeeze a trip in but tbh its looking more like next year for me.

Went out of his way at the classic TT last year to spend some time with my kids and make them feel special. Not a quick few seconds but spent a while showing them his bikes and lifting them off ...
