... and then the guy had wrote next to it "I will be early, ensure you are do not go out". Cheeky bleeder. We weren't even in the same country. I would love to have seen his face the next morning when we still wasn;t in.

Re: Saturday 24th May - Buxton/Derbyshire etc

... in google maps I will post it up for comment. Any chance you could do that anyway. I'm interested to see if your favourite local roads are the same as my favourites. If you set it up as a collaborative map I can add mine after and then we can share it on here for anyone visiting the peaks.

Re: TuneECU - Daytona 600

Does the battery have to be 100% charged? Won't just plugging the optimate in do the same thing? No the optimate does not have to plugged in, and a fully charged battery is 100% fine. :( I realise I'm sounding like a very boring, irritating & monotonous recording, ...

Re: TuneECU - Daytona 600

Uninstalled, reinstalled.

Fuses pulled.

Optimate on.

Kill switch set to run.

Ignition on.

Nothing!

Does the battery have to be 100% charged? Won't just plugging the optimate in do the same thing?

Re: Time for a new lid!

I'm still a massive fan of the Roof lids, but I need a drop down sun visor for commuting as I ride into the sun both ways. Same for me. It's not so bad now its longer days, but when the sun is low it's a real pain. The only consolation is that people pulling out from side roads have ...

Re: Time for a new lid!

That emergency release system is a great idea, Arai use the same idea on their RX-7, not sure why the big manufacturers haven't rolled this out across their ranges.

... wont connect. Tried every guide under the sun....and nothing. Fuse pulled, optimate on. Nothing! Does your trip memory work? Think it's on the same fuse as the OBD. I had a dodgy wire (corroded) in the loom that took out the trip and the OBD
