I use both but I think our generation are the last. My kids don't have a clue when it comes to feet and inches, apart from person height. They also still measure their weight in stones.

Yup. Just take your time as they flex a lot once undone. There is a rubber mount between the lights too from what I remember but as long as you pull it off straight it's fine.
