Finally, all the parts I needed to put the NC29 back together arrived today.....so I put the NC29 back together.

Happy to report that the bike now charges its own battery :-D

... to bath the bike after yesterday's Wales trip, also took the leads of the battery and cut away some of the plastic so the leads fit more flush so happy with that now, also had a look at the mirrors and found that the bolts on the brackets were as loose as feck !!! So tightened them all up and ...

This morning was spent chasing my dog across numerous fields after being spooked by a runner at 5.30 this morning , I am not a happy bunny and she is in the dog house for the rest of the day.
After the initial panic of losing her was quickly followed by extremely annoyed after knowing where she was.
