Post photos after too please...oh, and smile for the camera too so we can see how many teeth are knocked out by the cocking handle [emoji23] Sent from my iPh...

Re: Florida shooting
I'm left-handed for a rifle, right-handed for a handgun. Eyesight thing....can't crook my neck over enough to fire a rifle right-handed.
It's not 'spaz' BTW...it's "spetznaz".

Re: What do you want to vent about today?
WTF is up with SW merch.??? Been looking for something cool to build model-wise, but the prices are just fcukin' ludicrous! Frickin' $109 or whatever for a little X-Wing kit which doesn't even look right from the pics. I knew the stuff was high....dealt with some of it at the Toys-4-Tots thing earli...

Re: Florida shooting
Yeah...the SLR has a good rep. I forget what the British Army switched to back in the late '80s....some Enfield POS or sommit that shoots the casing straight across in front of the face. Got no end of complaints from what I recall....not sure, but I think they spent a fortune reworking the design af...

Re: Florida shooting
Yes, but you also know that once an Amendment has been made to the US Constitution, it's very hard to undo. Freedoms once granted, are seldom taken away, etc....although efforts increase in that regard to curb the spread of illegal weapons. The difficulty is that they are already illegal, and remain...

Re: Florida shooting
Arms trafficking and drug trafficking are linked very strongly....if only by the fact that they are both highly illegal, and both brought in from over the US/UEM border.

Re: Florida shooting
More americans have been killed on their own soil by their own people since the start of the first world war than have been killed in all the wars the US has ever been involved in. What does that mean?? The US didn't even enter The Great War in 1914, so the figures are skewed from the off. And we m...

Re: Florida shooting
OK....watched it. You've got a haranguing journalist who thinks he's a comedian. Careful editing to show more people mocking the man being interviewed than the interview itself...which, by the way, shows in no way that they were actually posing that stupid response without prior postulation, or even...

Re: Florida shooting
Fair enough. I'll give it a watch a bit later.
Still early hours here, and even urban ninjas need to do their laundry from time to time. I put MMA-chop folds in the bedsheets.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Problem is if we didnt work and could do anything we wanted at any time, wouldn't you get bored because there isn't a challenge? I understand why we have to work and I do enjoy it because it allows me to do what I want to do (with in reason obviously) but what I don't understand is who the hell mad...

Re: Florida shooting
@ Kwacky. I didn't....it was pushing a somewhat tiresome agenda, and one I've heard many times before. Narcotics trafficking and illegal firearms trade go hand in hand. The Constitution allows weapons. People have them and all the discussion of that fact is not going to change it one bit at a fundam...

Re: Florida shooting
Making a joke of it does not make a point of it. Like I wrote....it's in The Constitution....the Holiest Of Holies 'round here. It can be added to, but rarely is something taken away. The chances are, most people living or visiting the US will never ever see a firearm/weapon other than one held by s...

And if you are unsure about leaving, don't. Agree. I still think the UK has it pretty good as far as the EU goes....I'm basing that primarily on the fact that the UK kept the GBP, by far the strongest currency in the world. The British Govt....despite all rumours to the contrary, operates in a pret...

Re: Florida shooting
@ Rocket. Assault rifles are pretty much just banned to high heaven. There's just no way you can legally own one unless it's been disabled or it's part of a historic collection....sommit along those lines. I don't know much about them TBH other than what I've read on the net or seen on TV. Handguns ...

Richard Hammond's "The Science Of Stupid".
Decent. He's better on this than Top Gear, and I think he's pretty good on that too.

They borrow it from themselves....I think based upon 'expected growth' or sommit.
Or maybe the IMF?? Which does nothing but sit around and laugh.

Re: In, out or shake it all about?
There's been a steady decline for some time. You can tell by spotting the little things, people are caring less about their appearance, you don't see people sweeping outside their houses, poor diets, loads of litter and fly tipping. We seem to have lost some pride in ourselves. I have no idea how w...

Re: Florida shooting
Kwacky's assessment is a pretty damn good overall view of how things are here. Myself, I only know a few people who own weapons, and it's usually either because of their job, or as a result of it....a LEO might have a few other weapons 'just because'....similar to a mechanic having tools for every v...
