Re: World Cup Thread

Its funny you say that about the Coat goalie but I cant beleive that Brazil dont have a better keeper than Julio Cesar, a man who hasnt played for ages and let alone at a top level, that surprised me, although I supose he is less of a joke than Gomes, so gald hes left spurs now

I have to say that I suspect if it were not the fact that Michael Schumacher is a money-making industry for many, i think his life support machine would have been switched off months ago.

Re: Selling on eBay

Tbh never had much hassle selling bike kit as most bikers are knowledgeable decent people. Can't say the same when selling baby stuff. People want to pay you pennies and then randomly get in touch about payment and collection. We always give away stuff now can't be bothered ...

Re: Putting hand up to car drivers who pull over

... good over here, but then again there isn't much traffic tbh! Bikers wave at each other with their left hand to the side and use the right foot to say thanks to drivers once you are past. Biggest issue over here is pissed Frenchmen in cars, especially after lunch :D More often than not the gendarmes ...

The way you appear to be coping with this harrowing episode is testimony to your high level of morality & integrity mate, to say that I am impressed seems inadequate. However (for balance, & possibly on your late brother's behalf) I'm going to give you something to consider.: Your ...

Re: Selling on eBay

Agreed 100%, selling bikes I usually get "how much tax/mileage/MOT on it?" doh it says in the advert I clearly state "no buy it now price" and invariably I get half a dozen of these If I sold a 6ft piece of string some wassock would ask me how long ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Thanks to Dnutz and his assortment of tools for the job, I managed to get the chain off and replaced. I have to say I will be investing in a dremel, perfect for getting an old chain off, felt like a right hero with sparks flying off all over the garage ha ha. Managed a short 70 ...

Re: Stew's painfully slow Z650 project

Not done much to the bike in the last few weeks, can safely say the last 3 weeks have been pretty bad in some ways, anyway, the bike wont fix itself so I decided to strip the forks with the intention of either getting the sliders powder coated or painted ...
