... with all the above, fecking Civil servants without a clue, doing what looks right as opposed to what is right. Can see an awful lot of off- road bikes and some road bikes having problems with tanks falling apart, my old Tiger has got a plastic tank, guess it's just a matter of time for it.

I'd take the car but not the bike. Too dangerous with too many people and faster bikers on it.

I dont understand how a "public road " can have new owners I guess it's a toll road the same as the M6 Toll. That's always been my understanding also. Personally I would like to ride or drive it at some point as it's a hugely challenging and famous ribbon of tarmac. D6nutz comments on the...
