Iirc an Electric bike won it last year, as the race is up a mountain (clue is in the name) altitude is an issue, can't see Guy racing a glorified 2 wheel milk float up a hill.

They do still teach them in schools. This year my daugher is doing both World Wars.

I don't think my daughter's teacher liked me telling my little girl that WW1 was all to do with oil and shipping power and nothing to do with an assasination.

I would love to go but just looked at my diary and really hard to find any availability tbh.

If others suggested dates and I'm free I may try and squeeze a trip in but tbh its looking more like next year for me.

... to have to be a no. Financially I've got a choice to make, it's either a couple of track days or a trip to the IOM. Given the Euro track day next year and I haven't been on a track for at least 3 years I really need to do some track days.
