... gasket for the cover. Anyhow, continued to remove the cover, and low and behold....fault #1 http://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/08/04/6eguteja.jpg Fitted and wired in replacement generator, swapped the rectifier for a new item charged and fitted the new battery and oil filter. Just waiting ...

Started fitting the new discs then realised I haven't got any loctite left. Left everything loose fit, will get some loctite tomorrow and finish the job. They do look good though.
