Spoken to the Dr, approx 3 week wait for physio appointments [emoji35] meanwhile been prescribed codeine to help with the pain [emoji41]

I remember a load of the exercises from before so when the codeine cloud kicks in I'll start back on them.

Yes it's a very snug fit in there, I had to put the chain on the sprocket before sliding it on so I don't think a +1 would work on the front, it's a pretty tall geared bike so not many would want to go up on the front sprocket. I'm back from Jordan bikes already ...
