Its not expensive your right and I'm not hung up about it or anything. I just thought it was unfair and not proportional with what car users pay that was all.beermonster wrote:It's still only £1.59 per week though isn't it? Not exactly a rip off I'd say - it's about half a pint of beer per week.

I've been today as i promised my son i would take him.
Weather was a bit shite though not quite as bad as they originally forecast.
Its astonishing how hard the bikes can accelerate in the wet once they are upright.

Picking the bike up from the bro-in-laws tomorrow, and probably getting wet on the way home...
Apart from that, no firm plans. I've been granted a pass to get out on the bike if the weather gives me a break, its not looking good though.

... BMW S1000RR HP4. It’s a strict 20mph limit, with cameras. I know the cameras are there because I got flashed doing 28mph there years ago when I thought it was a 30 limit. The commuter spec Vespa 300 scooter that’s heading towards me is doing about 50mph, weaving up the gap like the rider realised ...

My mum married a guy who liked to hit women. He was a nasty piece of work. Even though he tried to kill her (luckily I came home and managed to get some help) she still loved him and had him back. He tried to kill himself. I've never prayed so hard in my life. Thanksfully ...

I'd have one if they could sort the range out. Never enough for me. Price is also an issue though.

... I ditched locking trems for stage use about 20 years ago when I got my Yamaha MSG standard and Les Paul Standard and I've not really looked back, though I do have a very nice Yamaha Pacifica 1230S (Tele shape, 3 humbuckers, 24 frets and a Floyd) that comes out in the studio if I need any whammy ...

In a word, no.
Why do electric bikes have to have these oddball looks.
Invent me an electric bike that looks like mine and I'll think about it.
Probably not for long though!
