I m not sure tbh Duke. I have friends who work in Iraq on civilian plants and they need armed guards so not sure the place is too friendly in general but I'm sure there are places with nice people.

I always have mine on trickle charge in the garage as thought that was best advice, not sure now.
Never thought about cost surely its only pence, if it doesn't need charging it won't take any so no cost really.

You can't argue they are a single continuing offence as they are not and it wasn't even a mistake. You quite deliberately drove at excess speed ...
