Re: Is This What You Ride Itchy
I prefer Itchys effort. Less miles on it and less aftermarket mods. Plus the maintenance requirements look a bit easier on the wallet.

Re: Which bike?
Sounds awesome, as I sit here turning green. I will do that trip one day, always wanted to get to NZ for a Road trip like that. Looking forward to the reports and pics :) Although I've already ridden 80% of those roads and driven them all many times I'm really looking forward to it to Frankie. Most...

Trip planning, approx 2000 miles over 11 days. (10 days rental, but due to pick up/return times ends up being 11 days on the bike)
And as the geek I am, I've already downloaded the openers manual

Re: Bikers
I agree totally Blade. I got a couple of extra OEM shocks with the track bike and I sold one thru' the local Kwacky forum. Bloke came and got it Saturday. Turned out to be another ex-pat kiwi and we yakked for ages. Got invited to join him and a bunch of the forum guys at a track day not long after ...

Awesome.... And we think we are the only ones that exist! There has to be life out there! I'm almost certain there is life out there. They are just doing a very good job of hiding from us and who can blame them for that. Probably because they are embarrassed that their bikes aren't as cool as ours!...

I actually did think that would be a good idea but I didn't get around to it. Probably the constant "Dad, dad, dad, dad, dad" in the background.Monty wrote:OK so how many of you did a google image search for Laura Lacole after watching that?Kwacky wrote:http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-30898247

Re: What are you doing today ??
I've seen a Thruxton on track days. The bloke at Donny wasnt hanging around either. Oh don't get me wrong, I wasn't saying it was ridiculous to take one, more it wasn't the first bike I would have thought of to take to the track. And with my track history I'm right off taking any road registered bi...
