I have to agree, Blade.
Despite Donington being good for viewing, as a facility its a dump and needs a fortune spending on it to bring it up to scratch. Silverstone can work for viewing if you can find a stand with a big screen opposite to watch the bikes when out of sight.

I think what you are saying is a problem is just the way they work, mac. My Garmin Virb card cannot be detected by the computer when its in the camera.

Took the Multis wheels off for some new tyres. Socket slipped and i went full force chest-first into the rear wheel.
Bit sore now.

Re: Bit of help needed
Personally the Multi has the standard can. To change it and make any difference i would need to remove the cat box too which would cause warranty issues were the engine to fail. Having been there once with a blown engine and only just getting that sorted by the skin of my teeth, i just cannot be bot...

Re: GP vs Superstock
5 seconds a lap is a massive difference in racing terms. In 12 laps the superstock bike would be a minute behind and 20 laps it would be lapped. They chatted to Marquez on the stage at Silverstone on Saturday night and he said he worked out that changing bikes by jumping from one to the other withou...

Can't see why the police should get involved TBH.
I know from bitter experience though that doctors and medical staff don't always know what is best for a sick relative.

Great photos, Jack.
Cal needs to learn a few PR skills too. Its OK to speak your mind some of the time but sometimes its better just to knuckle down, graft and keep your mouth shut.
He is a sponsors worst nightmare IMHO and they pull many of the strings in Motogp now.

Re: Silverstone GP Thread (with spoilers)
Surely was. Some epic racing and a great atmosphere too.
I would love to do a proper trackday at Silverstone after the two laps i did on Thursday. It seems a great track to ride.

Re: KTM 690 Duke - Test ride
There was a KTM stand at Silverstone today. The 690SMC is the one to go for, IMHO.
The Superduke 1290 is nice but nowhere near £15k nice.

Re: motogp silverstone
You can see how the new young breed are changing the style needed to ride a Motogp bike. I chatted to Niall McKenzie yesterday and asked him if he had ever seen anything quite like Marquez before and he admitted he hadn't and said that Marquez is doing things on that bike that no one had ever though...
