Re: What are you doing today ??

Going to the pub to meet some mates, including a bloke I used to work with. I've not seen him for about 10 years.

Then off to the football. First home game of the season, new owners and a tribute to Trevor Francis. It should be quite the atmosphere.

Stonesie's GS Mods, Farkles and Tinkering

... low. https://i.imgur.com/fvgsZcv.jpeg I will actually miss the 900xr but it was time to scratch the itch for the GS, it's been niggling at me for years since I tested a 1200 back in 2018.

Been to J&S to try on some helmets as my Shoei is 4 1/2 years old now, Scorpions seem to have a very similar fit to Shoei so I'm looking at the Exo tech evo flip front helmets, they have the newest EC safety standard approval and are about half the ...

Cheers all. It was last cleaned by me 2.5 years ago.. he just doesn't care which is odd because he loves his car. Tyres wear out so fast on that thing because he never inflates them. He's saving for a full body refurb on it at some point apparently ...

Re: 4 year warranty on new MVs

I had a paint issue with my F3. That was a known issue they addressed a few years back.

There's a rear brake problem with my Brutale but that's user error. The secondary clutch had to be adjusted but they don't do the scs model for the Brutale any more.

It's been 3 years warranty for the last 3 years.

I guess there's got to be cut off points for older bikes.

Re: 2020 MV Agusta Brutale RR SCS

The bike is over 3 years old. I realise that Kwacky, but isn't this covered by an expectation of quality.? - You did not pay all that money back then, only to have it fail catastrophically (potentially lethally) only three years later.? ...
