... doing a full week of Emergency Team Lead training and having to keep level under stress has helped me in this regard.. Well that and the last 3 years of seeing the shrink (lol). Until the last few years anger management wasn't my strong suit.

must be a hard decision to make , I don't think any of us would hang up our boots if we thought we had a chance at a top ten finish and he still has a reasonable chance of being a regular top 3 contender , plus the pay is pretty good .

... the time. You have other family that need you around too. And do talk to him as much as possible, i had some good chats with my dad in his last years and will remember those for as long as i live.

Had a BBQ 350g rare steak with trimmings last night at a friends house, best bit of steak I've had in years but way over my normal intake

So this morning I missed breakfast and spent it doing what bears do in the woods. (lol)

I think I pay around £10/wheel at my local garage but then I get my car tyres done there and also my girlfriends car goes there too. I've been using the same guy for 6 years now
