Re: Helmet recommendations
Cheers Blade. I saw this one online. I'm not crazy on the look for my tastes. I'm still undecided at the moment i like the Rep but also quite like this black and yellow. It's a hard choice as I'll have to live with it for upto 5 years!

Re: The State of the NHS
When my dad was in his last few years, he spent a lot of time in and out of hospital in Lowestoft. On the more serious incidences, when he was released from general hospital he was sent to a convalescing hospital for a few days or so to ensure ...

Re: The new improved fitness thread
So, after a rather pathetic attempt at a 10 mile cross country race on new years eve I've decided I need to get my running form back... To help with motivation I've just signed up for a 16 mile point-to point race on the 2nd of April. It's an attempt at a distance ...

Re: Yamaha price increases
Bike prices dropped quite a lot here in the UK about 10 years ago.
For me I think you get a lot of bike for your money. A 200bhp racebike with full electronics for £15k? That's still a bargain IMO.

Wes (the dad) is considering getting one for himself and reckons I should sell the track bike and buy one too so we can ride together. ...

I've been replaying BF4 over Christmas. Such a great game even though it's 3 years old! I really hope this VR takes off and it's not like 3D TVs which gradually sloped and noone really uses it because I really want a BF or CoD VR game in the coming years!
