Re: Anyone going to the London Bike show this weekend?

... it seemed like there were a lot of people missing. A few exhibitors/retailers mentioned that they've put up the prices for stands massively this year and if it's the same next year, they will consider not going. Lots of people on the Triumph stand (as per), but the other big manufacturers didn't ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Rode it for the first time this year. Bit nippy and was only out for an hour but still a good feeling to be back on the bike.

Its seems the fuel sensor has packed up over winter though so need to make a phonecall this week.

I think this year Hickman could be a real threat for at least a podium. It will be a good year anyway, lot of interesting riders on good bikes

Re: Favourite UK Circuit

Yes, Perkles - I will be doing Oulton this year but I'm a fairly late booker of trackdays - typically about 2 weeks before the day.

Sounds nice Deegee, I try to lay deliberate darkies but I just end up laying brownies! haha

Re: Favourite UK Circuit

Done 5 from the list.

Silverstone, Oulton, Mallory, Cadwell and Donnington.

Probably done 3 track days in last 5 years. Must try harder this year.

... i wouldn't put up with it anymore than I had to when i could be somewhere else warmer and drier. I reckon I would easily spend 9-10 months of the year somewhere warmer.

Re: Gaming thread

... I haven't played it in a while. MotoGP is much better but like any game, the single player gets quite boring quite fast. It's been at least a year since I've played any shooting games.. my PC hasn't been turned on in a long time and needs cleaning and a fresh install as I have two new hard ...

... jokes aside that is one thing that Triumph kicks Kawasaki's arse at. There's not a spot of rust or corrosion on any part or fastner in the 11 year old pile of parts I have in the garage. Bearing in mind that bike was ridden through many salty winters and lived outside for about 4 years that's ...

Yeah. Maybe refresh isn't the right word. Tidy up maybe? Thanks all so far. Plugs and filters done last year, but good point. Bike will stay as a road bike, I don't think I'd get away with a track weapon, it's almost too good. It's almost as new apart from the aged parts, which ...
