... pub and wanted a get away vehicle, my fault coz I hadn't chained it up, but a very good read, I read an article by the same guy a few months back where he said about changing your route home to stop people noticing your routine, that's stuck with me and I pay attention to that now

What to do if bike thieves are following you

... away, I feel like the problem is hiding round the corner watching me. Something else to think about if this happens to you, is stopping off somewhere that you can hide the bike. A garage forecourt, a drive thru car wash, anything that allows you to get the bike out of sight for a bit. I went ...

... sorry but I'm not having my council tax being used for meeting over binbags. If he wants a mediator he can pay for it. I'd keep leaving the bags where he doesn't want them. He will move out at the end of his tenancy. These type of people can't stand not being in control as you say. I think your ...

Re: Caught Speeding.... bugger.

I know I am to blame, but yeah I was kind of hoping there was an option where I can say I am an idiot and didn't realise. And had I received a letter or warning straight away it would have stopped the others. I know I've got no-one else to blame, just trying ...

Caught Speeding.... bugger.

... There's road works on the A5. It is normally a 50mph limit. During the road works they have dropped the limit to 40mph. right at the point where there's a speed camera. This is about half a mile to a mile before the actual road works. I've been going through at around 50mph. I know I am ...

It's neither the race nor the circuit where you can hide an injury.

Re: Windows 8

You can upgrade it to windows 8.1 which has a proper shell built in too which is better. There is an option but I can't remember where. They have changed windows update and you have to go to the very wanky 'windows store' to get the free upgrade. It took my laptop a week to successfully ...

Re: Shropshire Wednesday Night Bike Meet

I went to this last night ... looks like we've finally got a venue which will grow and grow.
Good roads, good sized tarmac carpark, good facilities and a motorcycle stunt team who section off some of the carpark to practice

I'd say there where 100+ bikes there last night

I try and find a position where I can spray it on and get good coverage of the chain without it dripping straight off. I find such a position. I Lube the chain. In doing so, ...

Driving Test

Been listening to the radio today, and there seems to be a bit of a hoo-ha about the driving test going on at the moment. There where some plans to toughen up the test and post test time to save a few peoples lives. It's a good idea, but I'm not sure that some of the things they where ...

I don't think as long as you don't give your postcode and address anything will happen. Keep the pics in the garage, who knows where they are?

You didn't mention that you'd removed your card from the pump, so I thought that was where you were going with that one.

I guess at least you didn't get fuel sloshed all over your legs.
