Your definitely not slow Itchy, especially when you consider we where on roads you've not even seen before. Plus probably some of the trickiest in the country; off cambers, tightening bends, 100 foot drops to name but a few.

... by a long shot, but that's okay. I've made my peace with not being able to hang with the big boys. The important thing is that I can recognise where I can improve without pushing myself on the day. That's probably why I don't talk much at these meets. I like to let things sink in. I'm a reflector!

Mugello is where Rossi used to excel. If he is going to beat him fair and square anywhere it might be here.

LOL, you muppet.!

Happens to us all at some time mate. Did you do the old "desperately trying to prevent the inevitable" as it went beyond the point of no return, or was it one of those where it was down before you even realised it.?

Not a very lucky petrol station for you, is it .!

Re: The new improved fitness thread

I'm 20kg lighter.

I think it depends where I so them. At the gym it's arms and back but at home it's abs. I think because I use a doorframe bar I have to fold my legs to get them off the floor, so I must be using my core to stop my legs from swinging.

Good point Phil and no idea to be honest, I'll give them a call.

In other news got my pass stamped until lunch, which I read as I can go out on the bike for lunch and then ride back. (from where ever we end up having lunch)

Picked it up from the bro-in-laws, left it in his garage while we where on holiday.

Got it wet and muddy on the way home.

Washed and waxed it, degreased and cleaned the chain and rear sprocket then put it back in the shed. Just in time too as is pissed it down with rain again.

... 20 years, but for me it just doesn't feel right without a touch screen. I actually found myself trying to press buttons on the screen and that's where it falls down as a desktop OS. Maybe if I could have been arsed to learn the keyboard short cuts I would have got on with it better.
