... (headbang) The seller has let me know that he is in the middle of a house move, can't find it and offered me a refund, I have given him until next weekend to find it or refund me... As for the bike, I did some shower dodging today and am getting a winter mod list dreamt up, telling that it is all ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Washed the weekend's bug collection off the bike and saw the opportunity to test the new wheel cleaner, which smells more pleasant that the stuff I used to use ;) I didn't expect much metal dust among the chain gunk and dust but ...

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Today I gave it a checkover and plugged it in to TuneECU as I had some strange hesitation last weekend. I had a map uploaded for a straight through exhaust but have removed the shouty Delkevic and fitted a standard system with no cat. It turns out there is a map for that ...

Re: Weekender - 10th-12th September

I'm back on the fence, things at work are very uncertain so I put some details in the "work" thread.. Either weekend should be ok for me but it depends on having a job at the time.

Re: Weekender - 10th-12th September

How about staying at the Tan Hill Inn? The pub from the Everest double glassing advert and the highest pub in Britain. Biker friendly and apparently very good food. Plus they normally have live music on at the weekend.

Weekender - 10th-12th September

I'm just wondering if there would be any interest in going back to the Isle of Man for a weekend? It'll be the usual format: Sail from Liverpool on the Friday morning then the lunchtime ferry back home on the Sunday. Best case the weather is ace and we're out on the ...

Re: Kwacky's ongoing Africa Twin Adventure Sport review

:( With much regret I have sold the ATAS. I love the bike and really do want to keep it. But the weekend in Wales and rides afterwards have highlighted that my shoulder simply can't take it. It's a lovely looking bike. It's been a joy to own and I know I'll regret letting ...
