Re: What are you doing today ??

I was unable to go for the MTB ride after work yesterday. I was feeling exhausted by lunch and my legs were heavy AF. I've usually got 3 hours where it can go one way or the other, it didn't work out this time. Bloody M.E.

Re: What are you doing today ??

Spur of the moment getaway about 3 hours west, to a place called Orange. Staying at a quaint motel that looks like it was last renovated in the 80’s from the outside and hallways but the rooms are quite modern and roomy. Found a cool ...

Re: The new improved fitness thread

Ride into work 31mins
Ride home 26mins.

There's a reduction of 20m climbing on the way home but it's pretty flat. My knee hurts after that though.

... and told him "I won't be doing that" on many occasions, on a few occasions I proved myself wrong. One trail I originally said "no way" to we did 3 times back to back. It was brilliant! Short, steep, technical and really bloody good fun.

Re: Mr Postman

A WiFi adapter for the camera.

All the way from the good old USA in about a week.

I've forgotten how long I've been waiting for an update on the clutch lever I ordered from Germany... #winningwithbrexit

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??

Took the Thruxton out for a VERY CAREFUL run into town. Came back via some back country roads but maintained sensibility, still a very nice day out anyway. Stopped at the pub for a pint and lunch on the way home.

Re: Cav's Workshop

Re: Oxygen on Mars

... currently doable, the biggest problem is protecting them from radiation The ISS gets a supply rocket every month or two.....maybe three?? Either way, it's fairly regular. And if something goes badly out of whack with a submarine it can simply surface.... inconvenient, yes - but seldom life-threatening.
