I got caught in a wind/rain/hail storm on the way back. It was a good job I've got good kit otherwise I would have been soaked.

sounds great but way under powered for the road bike at the price,it should be a fire breathing monster and in typical honda fashion they manage to make it dull

Tried to PM you and for some reason didn't send - the ride out to there for me is pants... motorway... How about meeting half way between us somewhere like Bridgnorth? Or if you want the longer ride somewhere like Wistanstow?

I've not ridden since Spain, so as long as I get out on the bike I'm a happy bunny.
What time is your appointment Mick? I could always pootle down your way and the we could blast up to stow for afternoon tea.

I've been given a pass for a bit of a bimble on Thursday and the weather this way isn't looking to bad at the moment.

... in a couple of those seeing as they're a good price. I've not checked the bike covers for a few days so I guess the front could have worked it's way up over front wheel. Once the wind caught it it would have acted like a sail. I've seen the SX cover filling up with the wind for the past few nights.

Really?? My ESP kicks in a bit late, usually when you are half way across the road it decides to cut the power..Cav wrote:It's a mercedes... the ESP can kick in when you're stationary!!
