... I pair up with opposites (push/pull). After every session I do a half hour to an hour swim as well. I need to pick up my circuit style workouts though as I'm starting to put the fat back on that I lost.

That's not a can, it's a pipe with a bit of heat insulation at the end of it. Does sound mint though.

... Anything less than full effort on the brakes and it feels horrendous. The slipper clutch on the ZX6R is okay, it doesn't slow the rotation enough though and I need to start using the rear brake as it can push you wide. Map-able engine braking would be perfect !!!

... on the move when home so it seems to have held a good base. The 5km took me 22.50 at 4.34 min/km pace, so not bad after a 9 month break! Felt good though, best my mind has felt in ages.

... from the people he was passing avoiding getting out of the way. I think he needed to do it all in the first 3 or 4 laps to have stood any chance though because the gap was far too big later on. Like I said in the other thread though, I wish MM had at least tried to race Lorenzo at some point ...

Cheers Rossgo. NYC at Christmas is a good gig and definitely worth doing if you get the chance. I more excited about lapland though. We have 5 nights in log cabin and plenty of activities planned so should be a trip of a life time and I can't wait. Work hard play hard is my motto (y)

... on the brakes and changing down a gear and dumping the clutch. The slipper clutch sorts it all out for you. You can only do this on the track though as it is not smooth to do this on the road. I haven't ridden a bike with an autoblipper to know the real benefits of it but from my current experience ...

Yes it was a bit of a shock at first though going from the ZX6r with slipper clutch to the S3. Bounce weave skip on the down shift. I love it.
